ECO4 & Celebrating Our Second Year!
With ECO 4 finally fast approaching we’re excited to be involved in supplying top quality PAS2030:2019 work under the ECO 4 Scheme. This will help to support customers with installation costs towards measures we install to lower their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint. Both Strata Insulated Renders and our partners are looking forward to delivering ECO work such as External Wall Insulation and we’re hoping that industry rates for the scheme properly reflect the level of support needed. This will ensure help is provided to the most in need customers, allowing for vital energy efficiency improvements to be carried out to the properties they live in.
Funding for External Wall Insulation is available under ECO4
There are a range of requirements to qualify for the scheme and the goal of ECO4 is to provide funding towards energy efficiency improvements of lower income households or those in fuel poverty to make these improvements affordable or in some cases free. Properties that have an EPC rating of a D, E, F or G will be eligible to have work carried out as long as occupiers living there meet the requirements of being on certain benefits or being on a low income.

Trustmark Certified
Following on from our previous PAS2030 announcement this of course goes hand in hand with Trustmark registration. We are very pleased to announce that Strata Insulated Renders is now officially a Trustmark certified business and is listed on the Trustmark portal. This means all the company meets all the quality criteria ready for future installations and projects including for LAD funding, and works under ECO4.

Strata’s Second Birthday
We’re now busier than ever and continue to be proud of everyone involved to help bring our great quality work to more and more customers each week. On the 13th July 2022 we officially turned 2 years old and it’s been a fantastic journey that we’re so happy to continue on.
