Our Process

Once you’ve contacted us and asked any initial questions you have, one of our team will take down your details and then book in a survey visit at a time convenient for you.

If you get in touch online or via email then it’s useful to have the following info ready to provide:

  • Your name
  • Address (including postcode)
  • The work that you are interested in
  • Contact email/phone number (and the best times to get in touch)
  • Any other details that you think might be helpful

All our surveyors are highly trained and will be able to help answer any questions you have about the process during your survey visit. They will take down all the details necessary for us to provide you with a quote detailing the full cost of the work you have requested. These appointments usually take under an hour to complete but this depends on the size of your property or project requirements.

Once the survey has been completed and returned to our office, we create a quote detailing the full cost of all the work including a breakdown and listing of any inclusions/exclusions that are related to your project. We always aim to provide our customers with a competitive price that reflects the high quality work we do. The price displayed will usually be paid in instalments with some upfront, some while your project is in progress and then a final amount once the work is completed. This is to ensure your peace of mind throughout in the knowledge that you will be receiving a quality finished product.

When your quote has been finalised and written up you’ll receive an email containing the quote in pdf format. If you have any problems viewing or accessing your quote let us know and we’ll be happy to assist! If you have any further questions regarding your quote or do not understand any element of the quotation then our team will be on hand to help. Just get in touch by either replying to the email or giving us a call so we can clarify wherever needed.

If you receive your quote and are happy to proceed then simply get back in touch with us to let us know. We’ll then be able to set things in motion to organise and book in start dates for your work to commence.

After accepting your quote we’ll ask you to pay your deposit payment as outlined in your quotation. We’ll also ask you to give a final confirmation of the colour of finish that you would like as this is the last point it can be changed without incurring additional charges.

Once the initial deposit has been paid and your colour choice is confirmed you can sit back and relax while we start the process for you of booking in our expert teams to carry out the work. If you have any questions during this time our team will always be on hand to help and they’ll keep you informed on planned start dates and any requirements around work or working hours.

A standard project usually takes around 2 weeks to complete however our team will be able to give you a better idea prior to starting how long we expect the work to take on your property.

Please note that due to us working outside throughout and applying materials to the outside of your property the weather can sometimes cause delays to our projects. While we always check weather forecasts and attempt to plan ahead for issues sometimes minor delays can occur but we will always keep you up to date if this happens.

Once our hardworking teams have completed all the work and our quality checks have been carried out to ensure our excellent standards are maintained, we will officially “sign off” the work with you after confirming you are happy with the result and completed work. We’ll then provide you with any relevant care information for the products that have been installed to the property and in addition provide relevant manufacturers guarantees and warranties to you if applicable.

After this process has finished you’ll be left to enjoy your upgraded home with its stunning new appearance. Should there be any issues or problems relating to the work we’re always on hand to provide advice or in the very rare instance of a problem return to ensure it is completely rectified.
