Merry Christmas & Our 2022 Year Recap
We’re so pleased to be able to celebrate another successful year at Strata. It’s been another year of fantastic growth and being able to work both with and for some great people within the industry. During 2022 Strata Insulated Renders has insulated over 100 properties and thousands of square meters with all work carried out to our usual high standards and a lot of happy clients!
For many people it’s been an extremely tough year with rising energy bills and the cost of living increasing. We’re really proud to have been able to help customers across the country in lowering their energy bills and working to support a range of private owners, housing associations and tenants with the best quality external wall insulation.
Now that the last scaffold is down and the final top coats have dried, to round the year off, we wanted to share some of our highlights of 2022 with you all.
Fantastic EWI and Render Projects
It’s amazing for our team to get a chance to look back throughout the year at all the variety of homes, buildings and projects we’ve worked on. From domestic homes in Cambridge to commercial structures, or even rendering hospitals, our team have done it and left our mark of quality all across the region. Works have been carried out using a range of EWI systems and render finishes and we’ve had great support in working with suppliers and system manufacturers to ensure our clients have had the best possible solution for their homes.

Finance Options for our Customers
At the start of the year we teamed up with Improveasy Ltd to be able to offer some great finance solutions for our customers. This has helped enable customers to have flexible options to suit their needs while still being able to improve their homes, stay warmer and lower their energy bills.

PAS2030 & Trustmark Certified
2022 was the year where we continued to follow our goal of industry leading quality and gained our PAS2030:2019 and Trustmark certification. This meant the company met all the quality criteria ready for future installations and projects including for LAD funding, and works under ECO4. This has helped enable us to work together with new clients, councils and housing associations across the region. We look forward to making use of the opportunities our PAS certification and Trustmark membership will bring in 2023 and beyond.

Strata’s Second Birthday
On the 13th July 2022 we officially turned 2 years old, which already feels strange to think that was over 5 months ago! Since then we’ve continued full steam ahead and have carried on our growth meaning 2023 and our 3rd birthday will be an even more exciting time.
